Elzly is proud to have been awarded a prime contract as a result of the Seaport-e Rolling Admissions solicitation N00178-10-R-4000.
About SeaPort-e
SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) use the SeaPort-e portal as a standardized, efficient means of awarding and managing tasks.
The Seaport Enhanced (Seaport-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) vehicle was established by the NAVSEA Warfare Centers to meet Seapower 21 objectives and to increase efficiency using a web-based, e-business procurement Portal. In October 2004, the Virtual SYSCOM Commanders formalized an agreement to expand the ordering community of Seaport-e to include all Virtual SYSCOM activities and to leverage the success of SeaPort-e in achieving the aforementioned objectives across the Virtual SYSCOM. Additionally, other activities, including the Military Sealift Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of Naval Research and the United States Marine Corps have chosen to use SeaPort Enhanced.

Quality Assurance Program
Elzly Program Managers monitor quality and review progress through continual customer and staff interactions culminating monthly with the preparation and review of monthly progress reports for each project. Our application of SMART tasking and our PDCA process also helps ensure our quality.
Elzly Program Managers are also encouraged to engage with our customer base and ask questions concerning our performance and possible areas for improvement. We ask these questions from a non-defensive position. We really want their honest opinions about the good and bad things we do as a basis for improving our operations.
More details regarding our quality assurance program may be obtained by contacting the Elzly POC.
