Quality Assurance Program

Elzly’s Quality Management System (QMS) is based on the various facets and requirements of the ISO 9001 and AMPP QP5 accreditations that our parent company, KTA-Tator, holds. For more information on our QMS, please contact the contract manager.

Elzly Program Managers monitor quality and review progress through ongoing customer and staff interactions, culminating in monthly progress reports prepared and reviewed for each project. Our application of SMART tasking and our PDCA process also helps ensure the quality of our work.

Elzly Program Managers are also encouraged to engage with our customer base and ask questions concerning our performance and possible areas for improvement. We ask these questions from a non-defensive position. We really want their honest opinions about the good and bad things we do as a basis for improving our operations.

Please get in touch with our Seaport-NxG contract manager for more information or to explore potential partnership opportunities with us.
